Hi, I'm Nicole
As a dedicated psychologist, I provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment tailored to your needs.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” — Carl Jung
About me
I am a registered psychologist with training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional difficulties, and long-standing patterns that can feel hard to shift.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I place strong emphasis on building a safe, respectful therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I tailor each session to your individual needs, goals, and life experiences.
I aim to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, alongside practical tools to manage distress, strengthen emotional resilience, and respond more flexibly to life’s challenges. Where appropriate, we may also explore how past experiences continue to influence the present, and work towards healing and meaningful change.
My goal is to empower you with both insight and practical strategies, so you can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and wellbeing.
